Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.

All orders include UK delivery at no additional cost, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. During particularly busy periods, bank holidays, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control, your order may take slightly longer to arrive.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for production and dispatch. As our aluminium wall art is produced specifically for each order, please ensure your delivery address and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking information is available, this will be sent to the email address provided when placing your order once your item has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the product as soon as possible and contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
